AI has evolved at a pace that\u2019s hard to fully comprehend. I don\u2019t know what the future holds, but I do know this: resisting it isn\u2019t going to do me any good. So instead, I\u2019ve been trying to engage with it creatively, using it less as a shortcut and more as a thinking partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, I came across a prompt shared by Ali Abdaal<\/a>, where he uses AI as a kind of life coach. Curious, I decided to dabble and adapt it for myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prompt was simple but powerful: I asked AI to act as a 90-year-old version: someone who had quietly observed my life through my chat history, the questions I\u2019ve asked, the patterns I\u2019ve revealed and to tell me what advice they\u2019d give me now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result? Shockingly inspiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What came back felt like a distilled, deeply personal set of life lessons, almost like the essence of a good non-fiction book, minus the 300 pages (jk, I will always choose reading, but this was impressive nonetheless).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
